Welcome to EZZYLEARN (“EZZYLEARN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), an education and learning marketplace powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EZZYLEARN, including our website, mobile applications, and all services, products, and features offered through the Platform.

By accessing or using EZZYLEARN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

EZZYLEARN is a technology marketplace that connects learners with independent tutors, instructors, trainers, educational institutions, coaching centers, and other learning providers.

Services available through the Platform may include:

EZZYLEARN serves solely as a technology platform facilitating course discovery, bookings, communication, payments, and scheduling between learners and independent education providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EZZYTech IT Solutions does not employ, supervise, manage, or control independent learning providers.

2. Eligibility

User Requirements

To use EZZYLEARN, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority under applicable law.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for accounts used by minors where permitted by law.

3. User Accounts

  • Compare courses, programs, and pricing.
  • Book tutoring sessions and classes.
  • Enroll in training programs.
  • Schedule online or in-person learning sessions.
  • Process payments where supported.
  • Submit reviews and ratings.

Service availability may vary depending on provider participation, scheduling, course capacity, and location.

5. User Responsibilities

Responsible Use

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration and enrollment information.
  • Pay applicable tuition or service fees.
  • Attend scheduled classes or sessions on time.
  • Respect tutors, instructors, and other learners.
  • Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.
  • Comply with all applicable laws.

Learners are responsible for reviewing course descriptions, schedules, pricing, prerequisites, cancellation policies, certification requirements, and provider qualifications before confirming a booking or enrollment.

6. Independent Learning Provider Responsibilities

Provider Obligations

Independent tutors, instructors, trainers, educational institutions, and other learning providers are solely responsible for:

  • Educational services delivered.
  • Course content.
  • Teaching methods.
  • Learning materials.
  • Professional qualifications.
  • Pricing.
  • Student communications.
  • Certifications offered.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and educational regulations.

Providers must ensure that all information published on EZZYLEARN remains accurate, complete, and current.

Providers acknowledge that they operate as independent businesses or professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of EZZYTech IT Solutions.

7. Bookings and Payments

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Where applicable, EZZYLEARN may temporarily hold payments in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy before releasing funds to the independent learning provider.

Where applicable, the Platform Service Fee and any authorized deductions will be applied before the remaining balance is released to the provider.

Course fees, tuition, schedules, cancellation policies, certification requirements, and other terms may vary depending on the provider.

8. Platform Service Fees

Partner Fees

EZZYLEARN charges a Platform Service Fee of 11% on every completed transaction processed through the Platform.

The Platform Service Fee is automatically deducted before the remaining balance is remitted to the Partner.

The current Platform Service Fee includes payment processing costs and supports:

  • Platform maintenance
  • Secure payment processing
  • Customer support
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Marketing initiatives
  • Technology infrastructure
  • Continuous platform improvements

Partners remain responsible for their own applicable taxes, permits, licenses, certifications, and government obligations.

EZZYLEARN reserves the right to revise its Platform Service Fee from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before becoming effective.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Community Reviews

Users may submit reviews based on genuine learning experiences.

Users must not:

  • Publish false or misleading reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Harass instructors or learners.
  • Post defamatory or offensive content.

EZZYLEARN reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

10. Educational Disclaimer

Learning Outcomes

EZZYLEARN does not guarantee that learners will:

  • Pass examinations.
  • Obtain certifications.
  • Achieve specific academic results.
  • Gain employment.
  • Complete a course successfully.

Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, participation, and the independent provider’s instructional methods.

11. Marketplace Disclaimer

Independent Learning Providers

EZZYLEARN serves solely as a technology marketplace connecting learners with independent tutors, instructors, trainers, educational institutions, coaching centers, and other learning providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, EZZYTech IT Solutions does not employ, supervise, manage, operate, or control independent providers listed on the Platform.

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

  • Educational services.
  • Course quality.
  • Teaching methods.
  • Certifications.
  • Pricing.
  • Student support.
  • Compliance with applicable educational laws.

The Platform Service Fee charged by EZZYLEARN is solely for operating and improving the Platform and does not constitute payment for educational services provided by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

12. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, website content, text, images, videos, databases, and other intellectual property associated with EZZYLEARN are owned by EZZYTech IT Solutions or their respective owners.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

13. Prohibited Activities

Platform Misuse

Users must not:

  • Violate applicable laws.
  • Commit fraud or identity theft.
  • Create fake accounts.
  • Use unauthorized payment methods.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Interfere with Platform operations.
  • Circumvent Platform Service Fees.
  • Manipulate bookings, enrollments, payments, or reviews.
  • Harass instructors, learners, or other users.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of accounts.

14. Limitation of Liability

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZZYTech IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Educational quality.
  • Course outcomes.
  • Examination results.
  • Certifications.
  • Tutor or instructor actions or omissions.
  • Customer-provider disputes.
  • Technical interruptions.
  • Payment disputes beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Independent learning providers may establish their own enrollment, cancellation, refund, attendance, or rescheduling policies where permitted by law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on EZZYLEARN.
