By accessing or using EZZYLEARN, you agree to comply with this Policy.

3. Respectful Conduct

All users are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally before, during, and after every class, tutoring session, training program, or educational engagement.

The following conduct is prohibited:

Learners and learning providers should maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times.

Honest Accounts and Listings

Learners and learning providers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

Learning providers must not:

  • Misrepresent their qualifications or experience.
  • Falsify licenses, certifications, degrees, or professional credentials.
  • Publish misleading course descriptions or pricing.
  • Misrepresent course availability or schedules.
  • Publish false testimonials or reviews.

Learners must provide accurate information regarding:

  • Identity.
  • Contact information.
  • Enrollment details.
  • Educational background where required.
  • Learning objectives where applicable.

5. Educational Services

Provider Responsibilities

Independent tutors, instructors, trainers, educational institutions, and coaching centers are solely responsible for:

  • Educational services provided.
  • Course content.
  • Teaching methods.
  • Learning materials.
  • Professional qualifications.
  • Student communications.
  • Certifications offered.
  • Compliance with applicable educational laws and regulations.

Providers must ensure that all information published on EZZYLEARN remains accurate, complete, and up to date.

6. Bookings and Payments

Fair Transactions

Users must not:

  • Create fraudulent bookings or enrollments.
  • Use unauthorized payment methods.
  • Manipulate course pricing or availability.
  • Circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable Platform Service Fees.
  • Abuse refunds or chargebacks.
  • Create fake learner or provider accounts.

Learning providers are expected to honor confirmed bookings unless cancellation is permitted under their published policies or due to exceptional circumstances.

7. Learning Environment

Appropriate Participation

Users should contribute to a positive and productive learning environment.

Users must not:

  • Disrupt classes or training sessions.
  • Share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content during learning activities.
  • Record, reproduce, or distribute classes, learning materials, or sessions without permission from the learning provider where prohibited.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of learning providers or other users.
  • Engage in cheating, plagiarism, or other forms of academic dishonesty.

8. Platform Security

Protecting the Platform

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Interfere with Platform functionality.
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform.
  • Use automated tools that negatively affect Platform performance.
  • Attempt to bypass Platform security measures.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Honest Feedback

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine learning experiences.

Users must not:

  • Publish false or misleading reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Offer or accept compensation for fake reviews.
  • Harass learners or providers through reviews.

EZZYLEARN reserves the right to remove reviews that violate this Policy.

10. Independent Learning Providers

Marketplace Relationship

Tutors, instructors, trainers, educational institutions, coaching centers, and other learning providers using EZZYLEARN operate as independent professionals or businesses.

They are solely responsible for:

  • Educational services.
  • Teaching methods.
  • Course materials.
  • Pricing.
  • Student support.
  • Certifications issued.
  • Business permits and licenses where applicable.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and educational regulations.

EZZYLEARN serves solely as a technology marketplace and does not supervise, manage, employ, or control independent learning providers.

11. Enforcement

Violations

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Removal of listings or content.
  • Suspension of bookings or enrollments.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Cancellation of bookings where appropriate.
  • Reporting unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

EZZYLEARN reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to protect the Platform, its users, and its partners.

12. Policy Updates

Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
